The School Committee adopted the anticipated calendar for next school year on June 26th.

Staff return August 27th for full day PD.

Eid al-Fitr, Rosh Hashanah, & Yom Kippur are ordinary school days.  Good Friday and Eid al-Adha fall during scheduled breaks this year.

The tentative last day of school is Monday June 17, but RTA advises against planning any summer activities until after at least the final appointed snow day, June 24.

Update: The Ratification Passed.  Congratulations on the new contract!

Thanks to our members, we reached a settlement at our June 12 negotiating session!

The memorandum of agreement (the MOA updates the contract for the next three years) was completed yesterday, and building reps, officer, and negotiating team members have the document to distribute along with an explanation in clear language and proposed salary schedules. Check in with your build rep if you haven’t gotten an email yet.
